You have taken over £100 from my bank account for a service I did not sign up to with ancestry.com. I don't want your services, nor do I need them, and certainly did not knowingly sign up for membership. I would therefore be grateful if you would reimburse these funds, or I will have to make a chargeback on my account.

Phone no for UK still does not work, and I used pisseduk.com. This was at 13:10 pm on Saturday, 4th October 2025.
I am wanting to cancel my subscription for the next 6 months and get my refund processed today.
Very annoying and such a waste of a whole morning spent getting nothing from the website and then finding the phone being disconnected after 2 rings.

How do I view census?
Id still like to talk to someone about how to view census for various years - particularly who lived in my house 100 years ago
Cannot register my dna kit,my husband sent for me,

- They paid for the kit but only see details of his family tree.
- They need help using the kit.
My husband sent for a DNA kit for me on his email johnwinsorhopkins@***.com. He has tried to invite me to register as instructed.
My email is pauline.hopkins.1945@***.com. The only response is details of his family tree! We have paid for the kit, so we would obviously want to use it.

- I canceled auto-renewal 3 months ago.
- Renewal on 31 May 2025 was without my consent; this caused financial difficulty; AI support is not working.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I managed to speak to customer services via telephone and they agreed to fully refund the subscription costs as I had cancelled the auto-renew. they did try to offer me a 50% discount on the next 6 mnth subscription but I declined that offer as it would not have resolved the matter.
I had canceled the auto-renewal of my subscription 3 months ago, but on 31 May 2025, Ancestry renewed the subscription anyway without my consent. This has left me in financial difficulty, which is why I canceled the auto-renewal in the first place. Your AI support is not working, and I need this matter dealt with.
